The movie The Thin Blue Line shows the gun problem of American society. Therefore, I would like to introduce a documentary film, Bowling for Columbine, directed by Michael Moore. This film focuses on the Columbine High School massacre, and then discusses the gun problem in the US. Compared to other advanced countries such as England and Japan, the number of guns in the US is much higher. Why? Also, the number of guns in Canada is very high, but gun criminal is lower than the US. Why? From these questions, Michael Moore tried to research the gun society in the US. I think there are too many of the director’s opinions in this film, but still there are things we should think about. If you are interested in it, check out this film.
